While in Los Angeles, we stayed at the home of friends, John & Alison Bennett. They were our first friends after we were married. We lived in the same apartment complex and then in the same house at BYU. We love them dearly and it was wonderful to see them and their kids. It was also wonderful not to be in a hotel, and to be able to put the kids in a separate room. Everyone slept so much better!!
After our marathon day at Disneyland, it was wonderful to just rest. We got the car cleaned which was desperately needed. When the Bennett kids got home from school, we went to the local outdoor mall and rode the carousel and ferris wheel. Jackson & Audrey babysat while the grown-ups went out for sushi. Yum!
