Sadly, one of the pitfalls of homeschooling is that I did not take a picture of Jackson his first day of sixth grade. (How sad is that?) His first day of studying was quite un-ceremonial and un-celebrated. But he was thrilled to start his classes at Village Home last week, after waiting for what seemed like an eternity. He is taking some fabulous classes this year -- Latin, Video Game Making, Language Arts, Sports/Games, Chess Club, Archaeology, "In the Wild" Survivalist Skills, Geography... as well as Math & Spanish online, science and keyboarding at home. He is keeping busy and learning a lot to say the least.
